Are you a student looking to gain real-world experience in project coordination, events management, and stakeholder engagement?
We are looking for a Project Delivery Intern to support the planning and execution of our training and learning events. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience delivering projects (our training events!) while building valuable skills in communication, research, and coordination.
This internship is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to explore the behind-the-scenes work that brings impactful learning programs to life.
- Support Project Execution: Assist in organizing and delivering online or in-person training sessions, which are the core “projects” you'll help manage.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders: Help ensure trainers, speakers, and participants have the materials, schedules, and support they need.
- Event Assistance: Join the team during live sessions to help manage logistics (e.g., Zoom support, participant assistance, on-site setup).
- File & Document Management: Assist with organizing, updating, and maintaining training-related files and documentation across platforms (e.g., Google Drive, shared folders, tracking sheets).
- Light Research and Content Support: Contribute to training content, research stakeholder needs, or help prepare basic learning materials.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Events Management, Marketing, Development Studies, Organizational Development, Public Relations, or other related fields.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working with digital tools (Zoom, Google Suite, MS Suite)
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
