About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training Delivery Intern to support the planning and execution of our training and learning events. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery, with opportunities to explore research and content development tasks along the way.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth training operations, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams on special assignments that may include preparing reports, conducting stakeholder research, or contributing to learning materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Training Events: Assist with organizing and running online or in-person training sessions.
- Help with Coordination: Help communicate with subject matter experts and participants to ensure everyone has the right information and materials.
- Join Event Hosting: Support the team during live events by helping manage Zoom logistics or on-site needs.
- Do Light Research or Content Tasks: Help out with doing research, writing, or preparing materials when needed.
- Keep Things Organized: Help training officers in updating trackers, manage schedules, and assist with follow-ups and feedback collection.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a degree related to Business, Communications, Education, Human Resources, Events Management, or any other related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask across different projects.
- Comfortable working with digital tools (Zoom, Google Suite, Excel, project management tools, etc.).
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of small tasks
