Job description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, LEADERSHIP SKILLS, GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Can start immediately
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervises the site engineers and site supervisors
2. Obligated to report directly to PM of onsite and technical issues
3. Coordinate with clients counterpart
4. Attends daily coordination meeting and take responsibility as head of site when his PM is not around
5. Monitor and Control Manpower, Resources and Site Daily activities to meet daily target accomplishments
