The Role
- Development and ongoing management of project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, team calendars and status reports.
- Oversee project deliverables to ensure timely delivery; includes conducting quality reviews and ensuring compliance with corporate branding guidelines.
- Coordinate and monitor project team meetings and communications; identify and address project risks through collaboration with project stakeholders and escalate as needed.
- Monitor the COE’s budget and assist with the annual budget setting process.
- Adherence to project management best practices and associated creation/maintenance of project deliverables.
- Engage and coordinate with other project managers and portfolio leads to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
- Support effective change management and communication planning for stakeholder engagement and project implementation and monitor and assess impact.
- Effective stakeholder management planning and delivery, including coordination of the project status updates for leadership.
The Requirements:
- Proven success managing complex, global/regional HR projects (Total Rewards experience beneficial).
- Strong organizational skills; planning and organizing work efficiently, handling multiple high-stakes projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to present information and updates in an engaging way to senior leaders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Advanced MS Powerpoint skills
- Must excel at the English language and work U.S. Central or Eastern hours
Desirable:
- Proactive and with an eye towards process improvement, including optimization and automation
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a remote/hybrid manner in a global organisation
- Project Management qualification and proficiency in Project Management software and tools
