Job Summary: We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Advertising Manager to lead our social media ads and cold email campaigns. You’ll create and execute strategies that increase fan engagement and grow our community, working closely with creative, analytics, and sales teams to deliver impactful, fan-focused marketing that drives excitement and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Set up and monitor ads on other digital platforms.
- Create, send, and track cold email campaigns.
- Analyze and report campaign performance metrics.
- Manage budgets and allocate ad spend efficiently.
- Keep up with trends and best practices in digital ads and email marketing.
- Track competitor ads and recommend new strategies.
- Ensure ads follow policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a similar field.
- 3–5 years of experience in advertising or digital marketing.
- Good at analyzing data and using tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience handling ad budgets and running campaigns.
- Strong at managing projects and communicating with teams.
- Familiar with cold email tools and lead generation best practices.
- Creative and strategic thinker to improve campaigns.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to handle multiple campaigns.
- Knowing SEO, SEM, programmatic ads, and content marketing is a bonus.
