About the role
Here in Iloilo Southprime Developers, Inc., a Permits and Licenses Associate plays a crucial role by serving as a bridge between the company's operational goals and regulatory compliance. Their responsibilities are essential for ensuring that projects move forward legally, efficiently, and without costly delays. Project Permits Officer is not just a paper-pusher, but a strategic gatekeeper whose work is foundational to the organization's success.
What you'll do
1. Handles photocopying of documents needed by the Project Permits officer and Construction Permits
officer.
2. Assists the Project Permits officer and Construction Permits officer in collating and docketing documents.
3. Accomplish forms needed in the project permits, construction permits, occupancy permits, and other
related permits.
4. Handles scanning documents needed by Project Permits officer and Construction Permits officer.
5. Handles collating documents that are needed to be scanned and uploaded to the shared drive.
6. Assist Project Permit officer and Construction Permit officer in submitting and picking up documents from
Government offices as needed.
7. Assist Construction Permits Officer in geotagging each house for Occupancy Permit.
8. Organize physical and digital document filing.
9. Assists other departments in providing project and construction permits required.
10. Handles the securing and safekeeping of all corporate files.
11. Liquidate general expenses, such as office supplies, and forward them to Finance Department.
12. Monitor office inventory and order supplies as needed.
What we're looking for
- Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Office Administration, or any related field
- With at least three (3) years of related working experience
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with government officials and regulatory bodies
- Familiarity with government portals and online permit application systems
- Experience dealing with local government units (LGUs) and national regulatory agencies is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to start as soon as possible
