Project Sales Officer (PSO) play an important role in maintaining solid relationships with the company's existing clients and key accounts. PSO is responsible in growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and manage expectation and oversee that a client’s need are met in a timely fashion. Should also be able to develop relationships with potential clients and be able to analyse data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies. Ultimately, should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.
- Knowledge Management
- Lead and drive business development initiative within South Luzon Territory
- Execute business plan and deliver result
- Market Development
- Grow the business in getting market share in plastering category
- Acquire customers by educating general contractors, architects and developers through proper value proposition communication
- Reporting
- Manage weekly progress on sales and approval of Plasterboard & Compounds opportunities and events (mock up, training, presentation etc.)
- Weekly report of update and progress to Project Sales Team Leader and Product Managers
- Attend monthly update
- Coordination
- Close coordination with sales, architectural sales, technical and marketing in closing opportunities
- Contact and connect with contractor decision makers to influence their choice for a wall lining solution
- Negotiate and create relations with installer/ sub-contractors, providing them with business opportunities
- Event Management
- Negotiate and create relations with installer/ sub-contractors, providing them with the best KNAUF solution
