- Prepares reports such as monthly project schedules, quotations, and other monthly reports.
- Files, retrieves and maintains an updated Project or Department files.
- Performs standard office procedures including scheduling appointments, processing mail, answering phone calls, sending fax messages, segregate and distribute incoming fax, photocopy documents and other related tasks.
- Monitors office equipment and supplies of the project or department.
- Composes and type business correspondences, letters, memorandums, and other related documents.
- Maintains and monitors Purchase Order and Invoice files for budget purposes.
- Acts as the area document controller (ADC).
- Performs other related works as required.
