MDBI Construction Corp. is seeking a talented Project Supervisor - Civil Works to join our team on a contract basis in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing work sequence and methodology, monitor subcontractor work, oversight for our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget while and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Your role
- Schedules and coordinates work activities among his subordinates, contractors and the whole work group.
- Prepares project status reports and accomplishments for Project Superintendent’s/PIC’s update and monitoring.
- Supervises all works and operations being done within his area of responsibility.
- Enforces the implementation of immediate quality control measure within his work area.
- Implements all environmental, health and safety rules as well as security regulations within his area of assignment.
- Schedules and plans all actual construction works and other related activities on site.
- Oversees the actual execution of all activities conforming t• the approved schedule.
- Interprets plans and specifications prior t• construction.
- Coordinates the proper implementation of all technical plans and specifications.
- Evaluates, checks and verifies accomplishment of subcontractors vis-à-vis budget.
- Coordinates the requisition, issuances and the timely delivery of required materials and equipment on site.
- Ability to coach and mentor workmates/subordinates for continuous improvement as well as work performance.
