Job Description: (Actual Duties and Responsibilities) - standardization, safety, of the project
- Organize the preparation of the project integrated plan based on the contract and civil work project characteristics, and monitor the implementation of the plan:
- Organize each functional module to implement the project according to the integrated plan, and be responsible for the timeliness and completeness of the planned and actual data of the project progress.
- Assist to confirm the resource status with subcontractors in advance and follow up on the resource availability.
- Be responsible for the delivery assurance and progress management of subcontractors in the responsible area. Routinely monitor the project progress, identify progress issues, develop solutions, and monitor and close the issues.
- Routinely check subcontractor delivery status, remind subcontractors to submit acceptance materials and work together with project teams to do acceptance in time, and monitor the acceptance PTP process.
- Carry out the related work arranged by other departments.
Qualifications: (Work Experience, Years of experience, Communication Skills, Technical Skills)
- At least 3 years experience in Telco or Project Controller for Civil Work.
- Strong execution, driving force and self-driving force, high sense of responsibility for goals, and result-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (architecture/ Construction, Engineering, Electronics, Management etc) and/or equivalent experience.
- PMP and/or other related industry certification(s) is preferred as high priority.;
- Have basic procurement knowledge and be familiar with business processes.
- Proficient in office software (such as Excel) and operating related business systems;
- Good professional ethics and excellent communication skills and logical thinking skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
