For Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Work
- Knowledge of IP laws and DOST IP policies
- Experience in patent drafting, prior art search, or filing IPR applications
- Training in IP valuation or WIPO/PCT systems
- Ability to assist in invention disclosure evaluation and IP portfolio management
For Technology Transfer Work
- Understanding of the technology transfer process and DOST's role in commercialization
- Experience in tech assessment, market validation, or readiness level evaluation (TRL)
- Involvement in drafting or reviewing licensing agreements or MOAs
- Familiarity with spin-off creation, incubation, or start-up support mechanisms
For Business Development Work
- Background in market research, feasibility studies, or commercialization strategies
- Experience working with MSMEs or industry partners under DOST programs
- Capability in proposal writing, pitch deck preparation, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Pay: Php39,444.00 per month
