Objectives:
Property custodian load and unload goods and supplies and ensure proper handling of the same. They also ensure the cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area. They maintain quality in the warehouse and keep track of all damaged inventory and reporting the same to the supervising authorities. They properly pack, label and tag the inventory in the warehouse. They efficiently carry out all orders of the supervisors. They work in accordance with all safety regulations of the warehouse. They coordinate work with fellow workers and other team members.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform warehousing and storekeeping tasks to include receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials and ensure that all inventory activities are encoded in the system to maintain accurate inventory data.
- Assist in analyzing the cause of variance through documents and records being maintained to expedite the inventory count reconciliation process.
- Monitor and document the inventory on Diesel Supply in Plant.
- Ensure accurate and complete inventory records are supported by receiving and issuing documents duly signed by authorized personnel to easily trace back variances encountered during the physical count.
- Collate requisitions from different departments and lead in the preparation of requests ahead of time to speed up the next day’s transactions.
- They clean and maintain work area.
- Perform warehousing and storekeeping tasks to include receiving, identifying, labeling, storing, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials to support the company’s operation in supplying the stocks/materials needed for day-to-day activities.
- Follow company quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Perform such other duties and functions as maybe required by the Accounting and Finance Manager and Purchasing Lead from time to time within the bounds of the company policy.
QUALIFICATION
Education and/or Experience:
- With at least Highschool Graduate or any related course.
- At least 2 to 3 years of solid experience in Warehouse.
- Must be able to drive 4 wheels or Motorcycle.
- Well familiarized in NCR and Region IV.
