As a property officer, you manage and maintain a building or property. Your duties include providing routine maintenance and upkeep of the building, responding to tenant complaints and issues, and hiring vendors. Preparing Lease Contracts, Information and Declaration forms to be signed by the new tenants. Follow-up on unpaid arrears of tenants and issuance of reminder letters.

a. Ensure that permits/clearances are properly displayed.
b. In-charge of upkeep of bulletin boards (on important notices)
c. Inventory and safekeeping of room keys
d. Proper filings of property documents
e. Inventory of building equipment and fixed assets and tagging
f. Update Master list of tenants
g. Room punch listing
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
Graduate of any 4-year course
High School diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENT
· At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity
· Ability to work independently and with a team
· Keen on details
· With excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to be calm and composed even under pressure
