Looking for a virtual assistant with experience with property management in the United States for residential and commercial properties. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE to apply for this position. Only VAs with experience will be scheduled for initial interviews
Job Description -
- General Admin work such as responding to emails, messages, calendar management
- Work Order scheduling with client and vendor
- Vendor follow up scheduling
- Workorder closeout and confirmation client received sufficient services (before & after photos/video)
- releasing invoice to vendor for payment
- Researching and integrating software to help achieve the above
Skills required -Experience in US property management is a MUST
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Must be proactive in learning and doing tasks with minimal supervision
- Positive can-do attitude
- Flexible and willing to work any US time zone
- No issues using a tracker
- Must have work from home set-up (Computer, Internet, Quiet workspace, Back-up for internet and power)
Pay rate: $5 - 6 /per hour
