We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Production Assistant for a top-rated roofing and solar company based in the US.
We are looking for the following specific requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar Operations & Back-End Support role
- Experience in Roofing, Property Management, or a similar industry
- Strong customer service skills (Email, Chat, and Phone)
- Familiarity with CRMs and eCommerce platforms (Google Suite, Zendesk, Trello, Slack, Monday.com, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills to manage 20-25 projects per week
- Ability to work full-time (40+ hours) following Mountain Standard Time (MST).
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Customer Service: Respond to homeowner inquiries, provide updates, and manage CRM records
- Project Coordination: Manage 20-25 projects weekly, assist with permitting, and coordinate with crews
- Material Ordering: Utilize templates to place orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery
- Administrative Tasks: Email homeowners, maintain accurate records, and assist with workflow optimization
- Client Collaboration: Ensure satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving
Technical Requirements:
- Main and Back up computer

- Minimum 25 Mbps
