Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Assistant to support our procurement team in sourcing, ordering, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will help maintain vendor relationships, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of quality products at the best possible prices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the purchasing team in sourcing products, materials, and services.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments on supply needs.
- Track and confirm delivery dates, ensuring timely receipt of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on deliveries.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and vendor negotiations.
- Do payment request for all the purchase order.
- Collaborate with accounting to reconcile invoices and resolve payment issues.
- Perform general administrative duties related to procurement, including filing, data entry, and reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,100.00 - Php12,300.00 per month
