Responsible in ordering medical supplies and completing purchase order.
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- Research potential vendors.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Update internal database with order details.
- Prepare cost analyses.
- Coordinate and follow up with the sales representative, as needed.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year degree course
- With work experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- Hands-on experience with SAP
