The Purchasing Manager contributes to company's success by leading and overseeing the overall procurement activities. The primary responsibility is to manage the procurement team including but not limited to: collaborating with different stakeholders (Internal and Suppliers) for strategic cost-effective sourcing of goods and services, supplier development, item development & standardization. Ensures no operational disruption by maintaining a strategic and healthy stock level.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply chain Management or any Related field.
2. Proven experience in procurement with at least 3 years Supervisory role or 2 years Managerial role.
Working or Basic Knowledge in:
- Experience as a Purchasing Manager or similar position
- Deep Knowledge of vendor management and inventory management systems.
- Experience with local and global sourcing, logistics and supply chain best practices
- Knowledge of Procurement knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy and systems
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong Supervisory and Leadership skills with ability to train others
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong skills in budgeting, cost optimization, negotiation techniques
- An analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient/Strong knowledge on excel and MS word

Pay: Php40,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
