QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least graduate of any four (4) years course
2. Male or Female
3. Computer Literate
4. Good communication skill
5. Resourceful
6. Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
7. Hard working, trust worthy and team player
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Looking for suppliers and canvassing prices for the new item/product needed
2. Encodes new items needed to the system
3. Review purchase request for maintenance and other projects.
4. Prepare purchase orders for:
a. Pharmacy
b. Laboratory
c. Supply room (medical, office and housekeeping supplies)
d. Maintenance Warehouse
e. Construction
5. Repairs and maintenance of Medical Equipment, Vehicles, Elevators etc.
6. Forwards all purchase orders to the approving procurement officer, finance officer and medical director for approval.
7. Email all purchase orders to suppliers.
8. Pick up materials and supplies ordered from manila and from other suppliers wherein deliveries are not part of the negotiation
9. Holding funds for local and manila purchases
10. Deposit payments if required by supplier
11. Prepare Reports
12. Monthly Purchase subsidiary
13. Expense Report for every Cash advance requested (Manila and Local purchases) and collect all supporting documents needed.
14. Prepare monthly summary report of Trip tickets and expense report per vehicle.
15. Provide the supply clerk a copy of sales invoice or delivery receipt of all the items purchased thru cash advances for recording purposes.
16. Process and follow up urgent cheques.
17. Follow up undelivered items
18. Perform such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/ or implied from the above enumerations of duties and responsibilities.

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
