. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check the provide PO and forecast of sales if material was available to supplier.
- Check the prepare Forecast and PO to Suppliers.
- Can communicate well to supplier with regards to delivery concern most specially urgent matter.
- Check if alf the material requisition and analysis is according to the Production Schedule.
- Check the purchasing and warehouse report submitted by the subordinates.
- Check the inventory report submitted by the warehouse In-charge.
- Lead the opening and closing meeting of inventory. And actively participated in inventory matter.
- Coordinate with saies sections regarding problems concerning purchasing and warehouse that affects delivery to customer.
- Monitor the overall Purchasing and warehouse Functions.
- Check the monitoring of production and delivery schedule for sub-con matter.And coordinate well to fix all scheduee.
- Check the proper usage of crushed material based on mixing ratio given by production.
- Check the quotation of supplier and request cost down activity most specially for indirect product.
- Provide and check all monthly and annualty report of warehouse and Purchasing matter.
- Facilitate the meeting with regards to purchasing and warehouse matter internal and external issues
Activeiy participate and support the implementation of Qualtiy and Environmental Management System Projects.
Can work in a multi Tasking skilis and can support sales section if needed.
