- Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs and budgets for construction projects such as roads, bridges, land development and others.

- Negotiate and administer subcontracts and purchase orders
- Track and analyze project costs, identifying potential savings and risks
- Prepare detailed unit cost estimates or detailed unit price analysis for projects that are for bidding and for approval prior to submission to the project proponent.
- Responsible in evaluating the direct cost estimates of newly acquired projects against the cost of actual implementation requirements as to materials, labor and equipment .
- Prepare payment details and final accounts for clients
- Provide expert advice to construction managers and other stakeholders on cost-related matters
- Collaborate with the wider project team to ensure seamless coordination and problem-solving
- Must be knowledgeable on the standard guidelines and specifications of the different government agencies such as but not limited to, DPWH, DOTr, DILG, etc.
Job Requirements
- Preferably graduate of BS Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years quantity surveying/cost estimation in senior level, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Expertise in quantity surveying principles and practices.
- Proficiency in cost estimation and budgeting software.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to address and provide solutions on financial issues in construction projects.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent english verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to be assigned in General Trias, Cavite
