MedHealth Bill is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to help ensure service excellence across our back office teams. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of QA experience in a non-voice BPO account, with a healthcare background as an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance on quality of service and compliance
- Provide accurate QA assessments and coaching feedback to support performance improvement
- Create and maintain quality reports, trackers, and audit tools
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and provide recommendations
- Assist in process enhancement initiatives to meet quality targets
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year QA experience in a non-voice back office BPO environment
- Experience in healthcare accounts is a strong advantage
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and quality monitoring tools
- Willing to work onsite in Eastwood City, QC

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
