QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE (CALL EVALUATOR)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing QA policies and procedures.
- Ensures proper implementation of Quality Assurance standards.
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
- Investigate on customer complaints and other non-conformance issues.
- Identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Develop and recommend corrective and preventive actions for pressing quality issues.
- Aid in identifying training needs and interventions for departments in order to meet quality standards.
- Assist in the conduct of regular quality audits.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in the same capacity.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in CSR/TSR Experience
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft applications like EXCEL and WORD.
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance concepts and methodologies.
- Strong problem analysis and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in both oral and written communication.
- Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal) at business proficiency level
