QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in quality assurance from any Food Establishment is a plus
- Well organized and does not always require supervision
- Have initiative to decide on critical situations following the company protocols
- Willing to work on extended working hours
- Pro-active and Team Player
- Computer Literate
Job Description:
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality and safety of meat-based food products thoughout the production process.
- Duties include inspecting raw materials and finished goods, maintaining GMP/HACCP/ISO documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in food safety and quality standards.
