Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement guidelines, standards, and best practices to maintain a high level of quality
- Recommend improvement measures to processes to ensure quality control standards are met
- Conduct Stability study and prepare technical dossiers for the product registration renewal process
- Ensure strict implementation of GMP, HACCP, HALAL, FSMS, and FSSC standards
- Investigate quality-related issues and generate quality notice reports adhering to deadlines
- Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records
- Supervise QC Inspectors
Qualification:
- Must be a Licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician
- Preferably at least 1 year of work experience as a quality assurance analyst/technician in dietary supplements, food/beverages
- Profound knowledge of quality control standards (GMP, HACCP, FSMS, Halal, and FSSC)
- Has a good understanding of quality testing within the food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical to include analytical, microbiological, and sensory evaluation
- Good skills in organization prioritization, and attention to detail
- Must be able to effectively communicate ideas (verbally and in writing), work independently, and handle difficult reporting situations
