Training and Marketing Professionals Inc. is looking for (2) QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST for Globe Telecom Account - Hybrid Work Set-up (Combination of On-site and Work From Home)
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate, preferably Business Administration or Business Management course or any related courses
- At least 1 year experience as Quality Assurance Staff, and/or Administrative Assistant preferred
- With experience handling Data Management validation and Quality Audit/Check in Financial and/or Banking Industry is required
- Ability to run workshops, coordinating or managing cadences/ initiatives
- Attention to Detail, decision-making skills and enhanced multi-tasking skills
- Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and planning skills; can find innovative ways to resolve problems and developed time-management skills
- Proficient in Office Applications (Google Suite & MS Office Suite and PowerPoint/Google Slides and MS Excel/Google Sheets)
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Tagalog)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Evaluate the output of each KYM/Onboarding specialist
- Address quality issues – findings, and concerns from the encoded and uploaded data – that support producing timely and high-quality KYM/Onboarding profiles.
- Ensures alignment and implementation of KYM/Onboarding policies, seeking clarification when needed.
- Provides end-of-day daily reports to respective departments.
