- Supervise and guide QA analysts, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Oversee the QA process, from design and development to production and delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct inspections, manage quality documentation, and identify potential quality issues or defects.
- Analyze QA data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
- Prepare and present quality reports to internal and external stakeholders, tracking quality metrics and identifying trends.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and standards.
- Provide training and development to QA team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, manufacturing) to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Willing to work in General Trias Cavite
