RESPONSIBILITIES
- Health and Safety: Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas. Ensures all aspects of his/her role are executed in a safe manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree (engineering preferred)
- With at least 1 year experienced working at rmc/ concrete batching plant
- Can drive service vehicle (4wheels)
- Excellent customer service skills. Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.
- Must be flexible and able to balance shifting priorities to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and the desire to seek solutions.
- Possess a general knowledge of construction and company products and a solid understanding of the market, competition, and business opportunities.
- Excellent leadership skills – must be able to motivate others and provide complete, direct, and actionable feedback.
- Monitoring and Testing of schedule project (sample)
- Making sure testing schedule is always on time
- Submitting test result after testing

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
