SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(10%) Program Implementation and Management
- Implement and manage the comprehensive Quality Control Program as detailed in the contract.
(10%) Worksite Presence
- Maintain a continuous physical presence at the work site during all construction work and testing.
(10%) Meeting Participation & Conduct
- Attend partnering meetings, QC Plan meetings, and the Coordination and Mutual Understanding Meeting.
- Conduct weekly QC meetings at the work site with the Project Superintendent , QC specialist (if applicable),Special Inspector(if applicable), Commissioning Provider (CxC), and other necessary personnel.
- Prepare and provide minutes of QC meetings to the Contracting Officer.
(10%) Three Phases of Control
- Perform and manage the three phases of control for each definable feature of work(DFOW), including preparatory, initial, and follow-up phases.
(10%) Submittal Review and Approval
- Perform review and approval of submittals, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
(10%) Testing Oversight
- Ensure that all required testing is performed.
(10%) Certification & Documentation
- Provide all required QC certifications and documentation.
(10%) Special Inspections
- Responsible for notifying the Special Inspector( and Special Inspector of Record, If applicable) of activities requiring their review and coordinating Special Inspection activities.
(10%) Secure Space Quality Control
- Responsible for quality control related to Secure Space Controlled Area, or Sound Rated perimeter construction(if applicable to the project)
(5%) Reporting
- Prepare and submit a daily Contractor Quality Control(CQC) Report for each day work is performed.
- Include a verification statement in the report covering conforming and deficient features, confirming equipment, materials, and workmanship comply with the contract.
- Ensure test reports and a monthly summary report of tests are furnished to the Contracting Officer.
- Record updates on the "Testing Plan and Log" and attach to the monthly CQC Report.
- Maintain current and complete records of all QC program operations and activities.
(5%) Deficiency /Rework Management
- Track and ensure deficiencies/rework items are corrected
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Capable of reading and understanding contract documents, including plans and specifications.
- Familiarity with the requirements of EM 385-1-1 (Safety and Occupational Health) and experience in hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability.
- Ability to implement and manage the QC program, oversee inspection and testing activities, and coordinate a team of QC personnel.
- Proficiency in preparing and submitting daily CQC reports, maintaining records, and tracking deficiencies.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
