Duties and Responsibilities
A. Quality Inspection and Monitoring
- Conducts routine inspection of raw materials upon receipt and finished goods before dispatch
- Verifies conformance to company specifications and documents inspection findings accurately
- Identifies, reports and coordinates actions on non-conforming materials or products
- Monitors environmental conditions within the warehouse (e.g., temperature, humidity and sanitation)
- Ensures traceability and product segregation when necessary to prevent cross contamination
B. Product Coordination Support
- Works closely with the Production team to monitor quality parameters during key processing stages
- Flags quality issues or deviations for immediate resolution with QA or Production personnel
- Provides on-the-spot verification of in-process materials during preparation, packing or loading
C. Documentation and Record Keeping
- Maintains and updates quality logs, checklists, material certificates and inspection report
- Ensures proper labelling and documentation of quarantined or rejected items
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing required records and traceability and data
D. Food Safety, Sanitation and Regulatory Compliance
- Adheres to and enforces food safety protocols and Good Warehousing Practices (GWP)
- Participates in sanitation inspections and pest control checks
- Supports implementation of HACCP, GMP and other regulatory or internal standards as required
- Coordinates with QA to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to warehouse product quality
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's/College degree in Food Technology, Microbiology or a related field
- At least 1-2 years in quality control or food handling environment, preferably in warehousing or manufacturing
- Knowledge of basic food safety and quality standards
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
- Familiarity with inspection tools and quality monitoring practices

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
