Job Summary:
The Quality Staff is responsible for ensuring that products or services meet consistent standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role involves performing inspections, audits, testing, and maintaining documentation to support continuous improvement and quality control initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks and inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Monitor production processes and enforce compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain and update quality records and documentation in accordance with ISO or other relevant standards.
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with customer, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to improve product quality.
- Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to management.
- Support the development and implementation of quality control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: Php13,068.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
