Primary Purpose of Job:
Supports continuous improvement of company’s Quality management system aligned with ISO 9001 requirements. Prepares training materials related to Quality Management System.
Major Responsibilities
- Lead internal audit activities and prepares audit plans and programs related to ISO 9001 certification and renewal.
- Takes the lead in the implementation and compliance with Quality standards as defined in the company’s Quality Management System throughout the company
- Conducts regular internal audit in compliance with ISO 9001 and issues corrective action requests to improve non-conformances.
- Facilitates regular meetings related to ISO 9001 preparations and activities in achievement of Quality management system plans and goals.
- Proactively escalate any high risk operational transaction or non-conformances to Lead/Manager
- Supports achievement of company and departmental key performance indices.
Knowledge and Skill requirements
- Knowledgeable in updated version of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 19011 standards and requirements and implementation activities.
- Able to conduct trainings related to Quality management system
- Proficient in use of MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
- College graduate, preferably BS Management or data management related course.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Work requires willingness to work on a flexible schedule and extended working hours.
Possesses positive attitude towards work and able to manage strict deadlines and targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
