Myvan Properties & Development Inc. is looking for driven Real Estate Sales Agents to market and sell our premier projects. This is a full-time, salaried role (not freelance), open to individuals passionate about sales and property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell condo and housing projects across Cebu
- Conduct trippings, client presentations, and unit viewings
- Build relationships with prospective buyers and investors
- Assist buyers from inquiry to documentation and turnover
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Provide clients with accurate information on pricing, availability, and promos
- Stay updated with project features, locations, and policies
Qualifications:
- Open to fresh grads, career shifters, or entry-level candidates
- Excellent communication skills in person and online
- Active on social media and comfortable promoting via posts, reels, or stories
- Sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Willing to attend client viewings, sometimes on weekends
- Familiar with Cebu and nearby residential project areas
- Must be coachable, goal-driven, and team-oriented

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
