With a high-volume pipeline and a strong sales conversion rate, we’re growing fast and looking for a Transaction Coordinator to help drive smooth, efficient closings.
Role Overview
As a Transaction Coordinator, you’ll manage the full contract-to-close process for residential real estate deals. You'll coordinate with sellers, title companies, and internal teams to keep deals on track and ensure every detail is handled accurately and on time.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee real estate transactions from signed contract to final closing
- Serve as the main point of contact for sellers and title/escrow partners
- Track critical deadlines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule
- Prepare and review contracts and required documentation
- Keep internal systems and files updated and organized
- Anticipate and resolve issues to prevent delays in closing
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of experience in real estate transactions or closing coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM and document tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced setting
Nice to Have
- Background in wholesale or investment real estate
- Knowledge of multi-state title/escrow processes
- Real Estate license or Notary certification
