Job Responsibilities:
1. Transaction Coordination Management (TC)
- Oversee the entire process of technical contracts—from drafting and signing to archiving.
- Review contract terms, mitigate risks, coordinate cross-departmental contract reviews, monitor execution, and resolve issues.
2. Schedule Planning & Follow-Up
- Assist brokers in scheduling and creating project timelines.
- Coordinate with teams and partners to ensure smooth workflow and timely progress.
- Provide regular updates and follow-through to clients.
3. Real Estate Knowledge & Data Extraction
- Stay updated with relevant industry knowledge.
- Extract, analyze, and provide key real estate data from reliable sources.
- Support agents by delivering accurate references to assist with strategic decisions.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in the US Real Estate industry
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
