- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
- Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
- Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as taking patient payments and preparing billing statements.
- Ensure all dental office equipment is functioning properly.
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ensure reception area is maintained and professional in appearance.

Qualifications
- Senior High School or college graduate.
- Working knowledge of general administrative practices.
- Good telephone etiquette.-Exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Basic computer literacy
- Working knowledge of dental terminology.
