A receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests as they arrive, directing them to the appropriate person or office.
- Answering Phone Calls: Manage incoming calls, screen and forward them as necessary, and take messages when required.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as sorting mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Maintaining Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, creating a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Handling Correspondence: Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail, ensuring timely communication within the organization.
Required Skills
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.
- Customer Service Orientation: A friendly and professional demeanor to provide a positive first impression and assist visitors.

- Graduate of any four-year course
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to be assigned at Cupang, Muntinlupa
