Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates efficiently
- Develop and execute fast-track hiring strategies to meet urgent manpower requirements
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative recruitment channels
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Coordinate with department heads and HR team to understand role requirements and prioritize urgent vacancies
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to match candidates with role specifications
- Provide regular hiring progress reports and recruitment metrics to management
- Ensure positive candidate experience while maintaining speed and accuracy in the hiring process
- Stay updated with current market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices
Qualifications
- College graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in fast hiring / volume recruitment, preferably in sales, retail, or manpower-heavy industries
- Strong sourcing and networking skills (social media recruiting, referrals, job fairs, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online recruitment platforms and tools
- Can start immediately
