RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in kick-off calls with lead, clients, and hiring managers to explore hiring needs, craft detailed job descriptions, and share best practices for recruitment. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure everyone is aligned on our recruitment processes and strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.
- Collect feedback from interviewers and provide timely updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with candidates.
- Assist in facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a BPO or recruitment firm; a focus on hiring for accounting and finance roles is highly desirable.
- Tech-savvy with experience in using tools such as ClickUp, Calendly, and Google Suite considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrates eagerness to advance and grow within their career path
