As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. This is a remote position based in the Philippines, supporting our recruitment efforts to find the best talent to serve our wound care patients.
Job Overview:
As a Recruiter at BH Wound Care, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top healthcare talent, particularly for roles within wound care and related healthcare fields. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure that we hire qualified professionals to deliver the highest standard of care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various healthcare positions, including wound care specialists, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals, especially those with expertise in wound care, for current and future staffing needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role-specific requirements and develop recruitment strategies to meet staffing goals.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular updates to HR management.
- Promote BH Wound Care's employer brand to attract top-tier talent in the wound care and healthcare sectors.
- Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, especially related to wound care, and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be tech-savvy with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with online job boards, social media recruiting, and other sourcing techniques.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, compliance, and regulations is a plus.
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and recruitment practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently while collaborating with the US-based team.
