What is your mission?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful US Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple locations. This role combines candidate experience, recruitment operations, marketing, and compliance support to ensure the company attracts top talent efficiently and effectively.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
1. Recruitment Coordination
- Conduct phone screenings and manage candidate flow
- Coordinate interview schedules, travel arrangements, and onsite logistics
- Prepare interviewer/candidate materials and pre-hire packets
- Facilitate onsite interview days and support candidates during their visit
- Track all permanent job requisitions and hiring status
2. Marketing & Sourcing
- Write, edit, and publish job ads across online and print platforms
- Creatively source talent via job boards, referrals, professional networks, and cold outreach
- Post and refresh listings on general and niche job boards
3. Administrative Support
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on job requirements
- Notify internal teams of new hires and coordinate onboarding paperwork
- Maintain and update recruitment process manuals
- Generate monthly reports on hiring metrics and activity
- Track recruitment data and maintain accurate records
4. Compliance & Communication
- Support compliance with employment laws, policies, and hiring regulations
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external partners
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume setting
- Assist with special projects and contribute to team initiatives
- Maintain alignment with company mission and core values
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and interview scheduling tools
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in staffing, healthcare, or multi-location recruitment is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
