Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles using multiple recruitment platforms and strategies
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across relevant channels
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Eventually manage onboarding processes, including:
- Verifying and collecting pre-employment requirements
- Coordinating background checks
- Ensuring timely completion of onboarding documentation
- Providing support and information to new hires before their start date
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in sourcing and candidate screening
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS is a plus
Preferred Experience:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
- Experience supporting onboarding processes is an advantage
- Willingness and ability to work a mid-shift schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
