Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s graduate in Psychology, Human Resource or any related field.
- With at least 6 months recruitment experience | Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply!
- Good communication and written skills
- Computer literate and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Amenable to work onsite in Cebu City
- Can start ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers of the needs and roles to be filled.
- Provides updates on hiring requirements and candidate’s application status.
- Source potential candidates and assesses their qualifications (interviewing, hiring, & endorsing to hiring managers).
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
