We are seeking a talented and dedicated Recruitment Consultant with experience in catering to Japanese clients across diverse industries. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to conducting interviews, providing endorsements, and managing client accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates for positions specified by our clients. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Interviews and Assessments: Conduct virtual interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for Japanese clients. Administer assessments or tests when necessary.
- Endorsements and Recommendations: Provide detailed and accurate candidate endorsements to clients, highlighting their qualifications and suitability for the roles. Offer recommendations based on client preferences and requirements.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of recruitment processes. Collaborate with colleagues to optimize recruitment strategies and meet client expectations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles and client communications. Regularly update daily and weekly reports on recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, preferably within a manpower or consulting company.
- Proficiency and good command in English, with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Basic knowledge in Japanese language is a plus.
- Adept knowledge of Japanese business culture and hiring practices.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools for sourcing and managing candidate databases.
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Open to working at our Makati office and capable of arranging a functional work-from-home setup.
