Recruitment Coordinator
We're seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring efforts and deliver a smooth candidate experience. You’ll manage job postings, coordinate interviews, assist in sourcing talent, and help onboard new hires—especially dental clinicians for clinical shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post and monitor job ads (GoTu, Cloud, Indeed).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Support sourcing and screening of candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation.
- Track clinicians who have worked with Access Care for future staffing.
- Provide admin support and improve recruitment processes.
- Act as liaison between candidates and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or admin support.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and job boards preferred.
Location: Cabancalan Mandaue City, Philippines ( Onsite)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 2 days off per week | 8PM - 5AM (night shift)
Working Hours: Aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
