Responsibilities
- Be actively involved in recruitment by posting ads and doing the full cycle recruitment
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing an applicant’s knowledge, skills, and experience to suit open positions.
Requirements and skills:
- Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Development
- With strong background in full cycle recruitment
- Possesses the ability to think out of the box
- Will look for ways to address the manpower requirements
- Has a very good sense of urgency
- Tech Savvy
- Willing to work full-time onsite at Ermita, Manila
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
