Job Description
The Sales Process Specialist is a key member of our Sales Operations and Territory and Account Coverage Team. This individual will work closely with the Manager of Sales Operations and partner closely with Sales Leaders to optimize business growth and productivity by driving the science and execution of territory and account coverage.
You’ll play a key role in developing and delivering the right processes, programs, communications, and tools that support sales team needs and company objectives. Success will depend on your ability to integrate field-level insights with strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and project management skills to create win-win outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Lead strategic communications for the core sales organization, ensuring clarity and alignment across initiatives.
Design and manage the Q4 sales incentive program to drive performance and engagement.
Conduct ongoing territory analysis (e.g., size, coverage, potential) and recommend data-driven adjustments in collaboration with sales leaders.
Partner with sales leadership to maintain a regular territory and account coverage cadence, identifying and executing improvements.
Drive adoption of key sales processes through targeted incentive programs and ROI-based insights.
Support annual quota setting and territory planning for the assigned sales channel.
Leverage sales system data to inform territory coverage decisions that align with sales and company objectives.
Requirements
What You'll Bring to the Table:
3+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations roles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and Anaplan
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate ROI and insights
Demonstrated ability to assess performance data critically and draw actionable conclusions
Strategic and creative thinker with strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence at all levels, including executive leadership
Self-starter with effective time management and prioritization abilities
Sound decision-making with thorough preparation and follow-through
