REGIONAL HR MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Oversee the entire hiring process and spearhead recruitment tactics.
