DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the marketing and sales activities of assigned branches and supervises staff to ensure tasks are completed properly.
- Coaches, advises, and motivates team members.
- Interviews job applicants and suggests candidates for hiring.
- Conducts orientation and technical training for new and existing staff.
- Checks daily loan production and releases in all assigned branches.
- Reviews the performance of branches to ensure they meet production, profitability, and employee performance goals.
- Approves or rejects loan applications within their authority limit.
- Maintains strong relationships with partners such as loan agents.
- Oversees the implementation of marketing plans and projects.
- Joins field marketing activities with Business Development Officers.
- Attends management meetings and other internal or external events as required.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a graduate of Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or any related course.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
