- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- With at least 5-10 years of relevant working experience in corporate sales dealing industrial products such as Oil, Air, and Fuel Filters, Lubricants and Engines or equivalent
- Having technical knowledge and hands-on experience in refrigeration systems is advantageous, particularly in understanding components and system operations, making one a valuable asset in this field.
- Has undergone intensive technical trainings and possesses strong product know-how
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify and follow up on leads
- Proven expertise in driving product sales, expertly closing deals, and delivering engaging presentations, complemented by a strong understanding of innovative sales promotion strategies.
- Trustworthy and with high integrity
- Proficient driving skills with a valid driver’s license
- Physically and mentally fit

The Regional Sales and Technical Officer supports the Area Sales Manager for Luzon’s Industrial Operations by managing the assigned area, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying business growth opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales activities, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies to improve commercial performance.
